Earthquake geology
Seismogenic structures and earthquake potential
I study the structures and landscapes that record how active margins evolve. By combining geological and geophysical evidence, my work explores offshore earthquake sources, tectonic landforms, and the long-term processes shaping Taiwan.
I am a geologist interested in observing nature and understanding landscape and seismogenic structure evolution over timescales from hundreds to tens of thousands of years. My research brings field observations, geomorphic analysis, and geophysical datasets together to investigate active tectonic and seismic processes.
